Big, clean rooms!

Peaceful and absolutely perfect setting, I had real good time.

the hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a cozy area, very close to restaurants and groceries and mall and restaurants. the personnel was very friendly and amicable. my room was well stocked with kitchen, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

The suite was well stocked, it had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave;))

We had a three-bedroom premier room, spacious and clean, complemented by daily housekeeping and professional staff. The location was fantastic, being close to various restaurants and a shopping complex. The staff helped us with taxis whenever needed.

There was an issue with the towels not being available upon check-in.

Everything was fine, the parking was on site, the room was a nice size and well-equipped. I booked a room with a great bed, climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Every member of staff was very amiable. Greatly enjoyed the stay here and I would stay here again.

Comfortable family stay near shops

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the penthouse suite, which effortlessly accommodated all ten of us. The nearby shopping complex made it easy to grab meals and souvenirs.

We faced issues with water pressure and inconsistent shower heating, made for frustrating bath times. The staff's reminders about extra charges felt a bit intrusive.

Noise from the nearby residential areas made it hard to relax!!! A few maintenance issues such as a problematic cooking element could use attention!!! Insufficient sound insulation on floors. Come prepared with your own towels!!!

The apartment featured three double rooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness impressed me, with well-maintained tiled floors that kept our feet dirt-free.

Rooms faced a busy street, contributing to disrupted sleep. The shower water pressure was weak. Towels were initially absent upon check-in, and the cooking element required some jiggling to work properly, suggesting maintenance needs.

Spacious Penthouse with Potential

The penthouse offered ample space for our group but came with quirks. While the air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen lacked basic utensils. I appreciated the nearby shops for convenience. Future travelers should request towels at check-in to avoid hassle.

The staff were very friendly and helpful getting taxis. If you need towels, ask in advance to avoid waiting.

I almost thought about giving a good review because of the spacious penthouse, but then i remembered the rude front desk staff who compared me to previous guests, and there were no tissues or extra towels for our stay. I expected at least complimentary toiletries for that price.

We spent 2 nights in a huge penthouse with stunning city views! The Netflix option was a huge hit for us. Just a heads up, internet speed was a bit slow at times. Would totally stay again!
